Zach Lilly
Zach grew up in church and accepted Jesus to be his Savior during a chapel service in middle school. He Graduated from Victory Baptist Academy in Beaver, West Virginia and Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Florida before beginning his 3-year career with the US Department of Homeland Security and his 11-year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Zach left the FBI in March of 2025 following a Mission Trip to Devil’s Lake, North Dakota where God stirred his heart to meet the needs of churches across the country and to start Mission: Maintenance Inc. Zach began wood working over 25 years ago and has enjoyed further developing his construction specific knowledge since leaving the FBI. He enjoys traveling and is excited to help more churches and families in ministry.

Bronwyn Lilly
Bronwyn was saved at the age of seven while living in northern California, and then spent the majority of her younger years living in the Midwest, just outside of Kansas City, MO. After graduating high school, Bronwyn attended Pensacola Christian College where she earned a degree in nursing and met her husband, Zach. Bronwyn has worked in many nursing specialties, with her current being labor and delivery. Bronwyn also owns and runs a small home-based bakery called Sifted, specializing in custom cakes. Bronwyn’s favorite jobs, though, are being a wife to Zach and “mommy” to Willow, Riley, and Cooper. Bronwyn has a burden for missions and is excited that the Lord has given her family this great opportunity to serve others, both near and far.

Willow, Riley, and Cooper Lilly
We praise the Lord that all three of our children accepted Christ at an early age. They are all excited to help churches and see where this ministry leads us.
Willow has been taking violin lessons for 3 years and is teaching herself the piano. She is very musically inclined and enjoys learning as much as she can. She also loves building and playing with Legos.
Riley enjoys all things active. He enjoys climbing pretty much anything he can get onto, mountain biking with Zach, and shooting his bow and air rifle.
Cooper is a “youngest kid” through and through. He loves building hot wheels tracks and making big jumps. He also enjoys doing experiments and figuring out how things are made and how they work.
